About Me I'm 28 and I've been pagan for a while but I feel like I have a lot to learn. I'm married to an agnostic and I don't have any kids! I currently work with developmentally disabled adults and I LOVE my job!

Music I like most alternative rock and punk the best but like lots of music! I don't really care for hard-core rap or most country.

Movies I love movies! I like horror, romance, comedy, and independant movies the best! I guess that covers a lot! :)

TV I love court tv, CSI, etc. Anything crime related, though I do get upset when pagans are misrepresented on crime tv!

Books I love reading too! I like lots of different fiction and non-fiction.

Hobbies Altered art (collage, etc.) is my favorite hobby! Anyone else do that sort of stuff?

Vices diet coke and food in general

Virtues I'm very empathetic and a true friend!

A course of Study and looking for friends/mentors

I've got the book-"A Year and a Day" and I plan on starting to follow it's course of study soon. I still feel like I need to do this because even though I've been calling myself pagan for several years now I feel like I'm only still dabbling in it- I need a lot more practice and study and I would appreciate actual face to face contact with other pagans. The face to face contact thing is hard-I don't know anyone who is pagan in my local community and attempts to connect with others in the area have never worked out. Is there anyone in Central IA who is a solitary who would like to mentor me or just get together to talk? I would love it! Let me know!

Hi-I'm new here and am interested in meeting other pagans! I live in a small town in Iowa and am "in the broom closet" to most people here! I don't have any pagan friends but would really like some! I'd love to make friends all over but if anyone lives in central Iowa let me know and we could get together face to face!
